We process personal data in accordance with Ukrainian data protection requirements. The lawful basis depends on how you submit data (for example, to handle your inquiry/quote request). We may process data:

• To fulfill obligations related to your request and to take steps at your request before entering any contract, consistent with processing rules under Закон України "Про захист персональних даних", as amended, including Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" № 2297-VI від 01.06.2010.
• Where required, with the consent you provide when submitting certain information or when required by law.
• Where necessary for legitimate interests (e.g., security, fraud prevention, service operation), in compliance with applicable requirements.

4. E-commerce/electronic commerce information (where applicable)

If our site functions as an online/electronic commerce service provider, we provide required identification and e-contract information in accordance with Ukrainian law, including Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" and Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" № 675-VIII від 03.09.2015.

5. Consumer information and out-of-court dispute/ADR

Before concluding distance contracts, the seller must provide consumers with required pre-contract information, including details about the seller and the possibility of out-of-court dispute settlement (ADR). This requirement is set out in Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів", стаття 13 Закону України "Про захист прав споживачів".

6. Data sharing

We may share personal data with:

• Service providers acting on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery, and form processing), under appropriate confidentiality and security measures.
• Authorities if disclosure is required by law.

When sharing with processors, we require them to process data only for the purposes described in this policy and in accordance with applicable Ukrainian requirements.

Under Ukrainian law, you may have rights related to your personal data, including (as applicable): access to your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and objection/withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

9. Language availability
