1. Scope and acceptance

By accessing and using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you request a quote or place a booking request, you also agree to the conditions applicable to the tour you select.

2. Tours, dates, availability, and confirmations

Fixed-date departures. Where a tour is advertised as having fixed dates, we aim to confirm availability based on the requested number of participants. Final availability and all tour details are confirmed when we send your booking confirmation.

Request-based departures. Where a tour is advertised as request-based, the listed date is not guaranteed. A booking request is subject to confirmation of availability and service capacity. We will confirm (or not confirm) the departure after reviewing the request.

Capacity limits. Availability may be limited for travel components (transport, accommodation, attractions, and group services). We may need to adjust the itinerary within reasonable bounds to ensure operational feasibility.

3. Eligibility and discounts

Unless stated otherwise in the tour offer, student group tours are intended for groups composed of students and/or educational institutions. We may request proof of eligibility. Discounts (if offered) may depend on group composition, age category, academic status, and the terms stated for the specific tour.

Discounts do not automatically apply to add-ons unless explicitly included in the offer.

4. Pricing, currency, and add-ons

Price basis. Tour prices are based on the information available at the time of the quote, including estimated costs for transport, accommodation, and services.

Changes and re-quoting. Prices may change due to factors beyond our control (including supplier rate changes, exchange rate movements, or service availability). Where a change affects the final price, we will inform you before confirmation to the extent possible.

Optional add-ons. Optional add-ons (such as transfers, insurance, special experiences, or extra activities) are provided only if selected and confirmed. They may be priced separately.

5. Requests and lead/contact forms (redirect-only)

If you submit a quote or contact form, your message is processed to respond to your request. Submission always redirects to the designated thank-you page. Any final endpoint and redirection behavior are managed by the site owner.

6. Pre-contract information for distance contracts (Ukraine)

If a distance contract is concluded, the seller must provide consumers with required pre-contract information, including details about the seller and the possibility of out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR/dispute settlement) before concluding the contract. This requirement is provided for in Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів", стаття 13 Закону України "Про захист прав споживачів".

7. Electronic commerce disclosure (Ukraine)

Where this activity qualifies as an e-commerce/electronic-commerce service provider, we disclose legally required identity and contact information and information about the subject of the e-contract in the required manner under Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" and Закон України "Про електронну комерцію" № 675-VIII від 03.09.2015.

8. Personal data processing and consent (Ukraine)

For any processing of personal data (including lead forms, bookings, and related communication), our Privacy Notice reflects the lawful basis for processing and the applicable consent/other requirements under Ukrainian law. This is based on Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" and Закон України "Про захист персональних даних" № 2297-VI від 01.06.2010.

9. Dispute resolution and ADR

Where required by consumer protection rules, information about out-of-court dispute resolution/ADR possibilities is provided as part of pre-contract information for distance contracts.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business interruption, arising from the use of the website or participation in tours.

We do not control many elements of travel operations. Liability for service failures is limited according to applicable mandatory consumer and contractual rules.

11. Disclaimer

The website content is provided for information and quote request purposes. We make no guarantee that every itinerary component will remain unchanged, particularly where availability changes due to operational or supplier constraints.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version posted on the website at the time you submit a quote request or booking request applies, unless otherwise stated in a confirmation.
